    this sequence is very challenging, lots of legs and musically intertwined! please give yourself grace, have fun and keep practicing. class can be done up to 3x before you're feeling completely comfortable.

    this one is all about brain training, increasing cognitive function, memory & mood.

    this one is a little bit of a dizzy do, don't feel like you have to do all the turns.. its totally find to stay facing forward the whole time, especially if its your first go at this one.
