    this class includes a short little stretch at the end
    weights can be substituted for the bands

    for this burn class you need a band, weights & a trampoline.
    class is 30 minutes long, and has breaks in-between the work portions.

    you need a tramp & weights
    this is hiit style training, work hard during the cardio and lifting portions and then rest and drink water during the rest.
    have fun, make sure to stretch before and after!!
