Classes should be done 2-3x each, but theres enough classes to do a different one every day!

    this class is short, has shorts & is sweet. 20 minutes of beginner bounce moves & combos! stay hydrated babes!

    this one is all about stamina, try to stay with me as we move through this beginner bounce class. push yourself a little bit & watch the changes happen!

    this 45 minute class is a perfect place to begin your bouncing habit

    the sweaty, sexy class right at your fingertips. protip; take at night with the lights low & candles burning.

    this is a longer one on one style class, move through your favorite bounce moves, get your sweat on & forget about the time passing, trust us.. it goes by fast

  • BEGIN | solitude

    Join us for an awesome beginner class. Lasting 50 minutes, includes a warm up and cool down! Remember to take breaks as you need them, stay hydrated, stretch & know that bouncing is a skill that takes practice.
