    HEY BOUNCERS!
Welcome to a 45 minute, 15 minutes right out the gate with cardio & 30 minutes of focused full body toning.
This class does not have a warm up section, you'll begin bouncing right away. So please take a couple minutes to get limber before pressing play. 
Class does include a nice stretchy cool down section
This class is designed to be repeated up to 3x over the course of your week, to familiarize yourself with the choreography. 
Theres a bit of inversions, so please take your time moving through and always take modifications where necessary. 
Remember to take breaks as you need them and stay hydrated.
