HEY BOUNCERS!
Welcome to your intermediate bounce signature. We break down some fun choreography and do a little toning.
Please note that we did have some mic issues during warm up but it resolves around the third minute.
This class is designed to be repeated up to 3x over the course of your week, to familiarize yourself with the choreography.
The jump at the end takes practice, don't worry if you don't get it perfect the first time you take the class.

Remember to take breaks as you need them and stay hydrated.
