HEY BOUNCERS!
Welcome to your int/adv bounce signature. Today we are going to break down some fun choreography and do a ABC (arms butt & core) toning.
This class is designed to be repeated up to 3x over the course of your week, to familiarize yourself with the choreography.
Remember that turning around or facing the back is ALWAYS and option, and don't worry if you don't get those fancy feet perfect the first time you take the class.
Did somebody say LEGS?!!
Remember to take breaks as you need them and stay hydrated.
