Welcome to a full body beg/int bounce class!
We break down some fun choreography and do a little toning. We will use a medium resistance booty band, but remember these are always optional!
If you enjoy this class, take it again! We repeat each class in studio 3 times, and it helps get you memorized with the choreography & really test your memory!
Just wait for that great booty burn!
Remember to take breaks as you need them and stay hydrated.
