HEY BOUNCERS!
Welcome to your intro to bounce signature. We break down all of our method movements, names, form & then we do a little toning!
This is a full body class, that includes warm up and cool down.
If you're new to bouncing, we suggest repeating a class up to 3x, so you can really get the movements to the beat of the music.
Includes some balance practice, planking,
Please feel free to comment any questions about certain movements or for specific modifications!
Remember to take breaks as you need them + of course, stay hydrated.
