The Bounce Habit

Is there a way to filter the classes by level? It has been a while since I have used my rebounder and I would like to ease back into it. I am glad your classes are back, by the way! You have the best rebounder workouts!

Wow!! Welcome back and thank you so much! Our intro level is called BEGIN, so you can filter out for just those. In addition, BURN classes are also hiit style, which the moves hold for longer and no sequences!
