It has been a minute since I bounced with you, but I am back and loving it again. I don't know if it is because I am old, out of shape, or if my trampoline (JumpSport) is older, but I can't seem to keep the same speed/rhythm as you during the class. Any suggestions?
Also, if my main goal right now is weight loss (about 12 pounds), should I focus on the HIIT classes or do you recommend intermixing?
