 Class runs about 55 minutes & includes warm up & cool down!

  BEGIN | running latethis is a begin, a bounce class that goes over the basics. you'll learn some simple sequencing and sweat. remember to go at your own pace, pause the video whenever you need too & most importantly, HAVE FUN!

  BEGIN | group date (bumpin)the gang is all here and we can't wait to bounce with you. you won't leave with a rose, but you will leave falling in love with the trampoline!
